Womb Whispers Prayer for Sacred Rebirth
Sacred womb,
Cradle of death and life,
I come to you now—ready to shed,
Ready to rise.
I lay down the stories that no longer serve me,
The identities I have outgrown,
The fears that have tethered me to the past.
Let them return to the earth,
As compost for the new.
In your dark soil, I surrender.
In your stillness, I remember.
In your deep waters, I am undone—
And made whole again.
I allow the grief to move,
The rage to roar,
The silence to speak,
And the joy to crack me wide open.
I honor the cycles—
The endings that felt like loss,
The beginnings disguised as pain,
And the rebirth blooming through every crack.
Sacred womb, midwife of my becoming,
Guide me as I emerge—
Not who I was,
But who I was always meant to be.
May I rise with grace.
May I rise with fire.
May I rise with truth in my bones
And love in my breath.
This is my sacred rebirth.
And so it is.
